Josh Sanstead, VP of Operations
Meet Josh Sanstead, the Vice President of Operations at AEC Works, a custom construction company dedicated to providing high-quality building solutions to our clients. As a second generation master craftsman with over 25 years of field experience providing custom solutions in the built environment, Josh has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small residential remodels to large-scale commercial developments. His extensive background in operations management and project coordination has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the construction process, from concept to completion.
As VP of Operations, Josh’s primary focus is to ensure that all of our projects run smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with teams of owners, design professionals, and contractors to ensure that everyone is aligned with our clients' goals and objectives. He is also responsible for overseeing all field work including project budgets and timelines, ensuring that we meet all of our clients' requirements while staying within budget and on schedule.
At AEC Works, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Josh is passionate about ensuring that each and every project we undertake meets the highest standards of excellence. He works closely with our team to ensure that our construction methods are state-of-the-art, and that we are always using the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the best possible results.
In his free time, Josh enjoys soccer & skiing. He believes that a well-rounded life centered around family is essential to success both in and out of the workplace.
